Stanton Legacy Acres offers federally legal industrial hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill. All of our hemp products are grown under our cultivation license granted by the state of Wisconsin under the Hemp Pilot Research Center. This is a pilot research program permitted under terms of the 2014 federal Farm Bill and as described in Act 100, ATCP 22. The 2014 Farm Bill defines "industrial hemp" as, " the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis".
